Who is responsible for your data
Mueva el Volante, S.L. (“Mueva”), tax ID (CIF) B86636081, Plaza 2 de Mayo 10, 28004 Madrid, Spain.
For any question about your data, write to hello@mueva.eu.
What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, country, phone (optional), preferred language, topic and message, and the page you sent it from.
- Customers and prospects: the contact and billing details of the people we work with, such as name, role, organisation, email, phone and invoicing details.
- Visits: our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and running. We do not use it to profile you.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your messages.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and send you the information or proposal you ask for: steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (GDPR Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
- To provide and invoice the services you contract: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b) and our tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
- To keep the site secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
- To send you news about our products, only if you have agreed to it or, if you are a customer, about products similar to the ones you use. You can unsubscribe from any message.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: while we handle them and for up to one year after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract.
- Customer data: for as long as the contract lasts and then for the periods the law requires, such as six years for accounting records.
- Technical records of visits: for a limited time, only as long as needed for security.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run our services, under a data processing agreement:
- Amazon Web Services: hosting of the site and delivery of the contact form messages.
- Google: our company email.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We will also share data with public authorities, banks or advisers when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, ask for a copy to take elsewhere and withdraw your consent at any time.
To do so, write to hello@mueva.eu with the subject “Data protection” and tell us which right you want to use.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
MediaHub and Qiü One
When our customers use MediaHub or Qiü One to run their own media centres, accreditations or mailing lists, they decide how that data is used and Mueva processes it on their behalf. Their own privacy policy applies, and requests about that data should go to them. We will help them answer.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
